Minky Information
Welcome to the Minky page! Minky has become my newest obsession and I'm super excited to share it with you!
Minky is a form of faux fur. It is 100% polyester, high quality material. The fabric comes in a variety of prints and luxe materials. It is heavy, hard to work with, and an expensive material that will last a lifetime. Not to mention, it's SUPER SOFT!
Because it is heavier than most fabrics, Minky can have all the benefits of a weighted blanket but without the weight!
Below is information on the sizes and styles of Minky Blankets that I make. Please read through it carefully and be sure to use the chat box to let me know if you have any other questions.
STYLES
1. PRINTED - this blanket style consists of a printed minky front with a luxe minky backing (the luxe is overlapped on the front 2-3")
** Please note that printed blankets are approx. 4-6" less wide than the general sizing noted below
** I can also make a printed blanket with no overlap upon request.
2. LUXE ON LUXE - this blanket style consists of a luxe minky front and back, you can choose one luxe or put one luxe on one side and a different luxe on the other. The luxe fabric comes in a variety of colors and textures.

**Note: Both styles can be made in most of the sizes listed below unless otherwise specified.

- Small: 36" X 60" $90 - Shipping is $8 unless order is over $125
*Works great for a lap blanket or for travel, infants or young children
- Medium: 54" X 60" $130 (luxe on luxe style or non overlapping printed styles only)
*Great throw size
- Large: 60" X 72" $160
- XL: 60" X 82" $190
*fits a Twin Bed with overhang *fits a top of a Full/Queen with no overhang
- ADD on lengths: 60" X 90" $210 OR 60" X 108" $230

CARE INSTRUCTIONS - IMPORTANT!!!!
ALL Minky items must be washed on COLD in a delicate cycle with NO fabric softener.
Hang to dry or use the AIR DRY ONLY cycle on your dryer. NO HEAT
NOTE: All Minky Blankets (custom or otherwise) are FINAL SALE except in case of defects. I will not provide a return of any kind for the mis-care of your Minky Blanket.
HOW TO ORDER:
You can find all of my currently in stock Minky items in the Minky Collection on the website. These items are all handmade by me, Chelsey Mauris, the owner of The Loot Loft. All Minky items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for promotions unless otherwise specified.

2. When you've made your selection and/or contacted me regarding your fabric choices and are ready to purchase, head on over to the Minky Collection and select the correct Custom Minky Blanket listing based on the size you've decided to purchase (see sizes listed above). I can also send you an invoice if you would prefer.
Custom order turnaround is approx 2-3 weeks after the item is purchased and fabric is ordered. I will keep you informed of when the fabric has arrived and give you a more precise shipment time. Payment is due in full at time of order. You are able to use Sezzle, After Pay or Shop Pay Installments to break up the payments for your Minky Blanket. NO discounts apply to Minky Blankets unless otherwise specified.
