Please contact us prior to making your return/exchange by emailing us at returns@theriseboutique.com.
We want to ensure your happiness here at The Rise Boutique. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item(s) for store credit only within 14 days of receiving your product. Must have tags attached, no tears or damages and be free of odors and stains of any kind. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs in regard to the exchange or return.
LOCAL PICKUP: Local pick up return/exchange policy starts 5 business days following the fulfillment of your order. You'll have 14 days from that time to exchange or return any items. Please pick up your orders in a timely fashion so the return time frame does not lapse.
Items returned that were purchased using Boutique Bucks or other promotions will receive a credit reflecting the price actually paid unless said promotion was marked as final sale. Credits received for returned merchandise must be used within 3 months of the issue date.

Unless specified, all promo codes have a small number of exclusions.
Normal Coupon/Promo Exclusions are: Minky items, Made to Order Graphic Tees, Grab Bags, VIP Lounge Membership, Pre-Order items and any super special sales/promotions such as Semi-Annual Sales.
Up to 5 promo codes can be used in the same transaction. NOTE: Only one promo will apply a single item. Two separate promo codes cannot be used on one single item. The system will automatically apply the best possible promotion when entering more than one code.
***Rise Loyalty Codes are automatically created when you redeem your points. They will not work in the same transaction as other promo codes. Please contact me with your Loyalty Reward Code so I can manually adjust it.
